Every day, we take a trip to Central Park. We usually go to a patch on the grass and play games. We did something unusual today. We took a half hour walk around the park; climbing over catastrophic boulders and rocks, walking through bushes, and walking up and down massive hills. The last rock we were climbing was about twenty feet high and super slippery (did I also mention that it was extremely steep?) Crystal nearly fainted when she saw it. We also balanced on the street edges while we walked. I have to admit we were acting really crazy. Princess led the walk. By the way, it was almost like follow the leader J.
Yesterday, we played a game of ultimate Frisbee. This was probably the best game we have done so far because there weren't many people, and I just liked passing the Frisbee around. What made it interesting was that we got really competitive with each other. The most interesting thing that happened was that while Liz and I were trying to catch the Frisbee, I accidentally banged it into her head while I stubbed my fingers. Only about ten seconds later, Mr. Lennox took a wild throw towards the fence. The Frisbee bounced off of it and practically gave Mairead a concussion. Talk about bad luck!

On Tuesday morning we went into Central Park bright and early. We did some stretches and then we split up into three groups. One group went running, another group went power – walking and the group that I was in went on an adventure walk with Princess. It was sort of like extreme follow the leader through bushes, over rocks and down steep slopes. We had to be alert and watch out for other people. There were many people walking their dogs, there were joggers and some of us were nearly run over by some reckless bikers!

Central Park- At camp we have classes and one of our classes are Gym. During this class our teacher Danny takes us to Central Park. There we do relay races, running, power walking, or even adventure walking. I did adventure walking today. I had a lot of fun with that we got to walk over the huge rocks in the park. It is always so nice to be able to see Central Park even though I live rather close to the city. This morning we all woke up and had a snack and went over to do some activates. This is one of my favorite things to do while at camp.

It's so much fun looking at your pictures and postings each day. Your performance at both Evening Song's was gorgeous.
Enjoy your last few days, Central Park looks wonderful and I am glad you are getting to experience that very NY scene.
Looking forward to Sunday.
